Currently, the bot operates using triggers and keywords to generate responses. These methods enable the bot to recognize specific cues and provide relevant replies accordingly. There are three types of replies:

  • Understanding Reply Types:
  1. Canned Response: Use this option to reply with a predefined message template. It's ideal for common inquiries or standard replies.
  2. Exact Match: Use this option to reply based on an exact match of specific keywords in the incoming message. You’ll need to specify the keywords and the response text. Optionally, you can enable AI to handle responses by checking the appropriate box.
  3. Contains: Use this option to reply when the incoming message contains certain keywords. Similar to exact match, you’ll provide the keywords and the response text. You can also choose to enable AI for handling responses.

We are planning to integrate an AI training system to further enhance the bot's capabilities. This system will utilize advanced AI techniques to improve the bot's understanding and response accuracy over time.
