Assigning a branch is a vital part of setting up a merchant in the Delix system. Here’s why:

  1. Pickup Location: During merchant shop creation, selecting a pickup branch is mandatory to ensure smooth order processing and logistics.

  2. System Linkage: Without a branch assignment, the system cannot connect the merchant’s shop to a specific pickup location, disrupting delivery and pickup management.

To streamline operations:

  • The admin panel should provide an option to create and assign branches.

  • Each merchant must have a designated branch linked to their shop to facilitate seamless order fulfillment.
