Language change

LMS script allows you to effortlessly change the language. You only need to translate all of the strings according to your language.

To add a language and translate content using the screenshots provided, follow these steps:

Adding a Language:

  • Go to the language settings under the system settings, and then click on Add Language like this: Language Settings - Add Language
  • Select the option to add a new language and Enter Language Details:
    • Language Name: Type in the name of the language you want to add.
    • Language Locale: Enter the language locale code, which typically consists of two letters (e.g., "en" for English, "es" for Spanish).
    • Flag: Select the flag corresponding to the language you're adding from the available options.
    • Right-to-Left (RTL) Option: Ensure to include an option to enable Right-to-Left (RTL) text direction for languages that require it. This allows the text to flow from right to left, as is customary in languages such as Arabic, Hebrew, and Persian.
  • Once you've provided the necessary language details (Enter Language Details), open the status and click on the "Submit" button. 
  • After submitting, you will receive a confirmation message indicating that the language has been successfully added to your system.

Translating Content:

  • After adding the language, proceed to the translation interface by clicking here: https://prnt.sc/FP38SIqTB6RB
  • In the translation interface, locate the text or content you want to translate.
  • Click on the text or section that needs translation. The Translated language part goes here: Translation Interface

Performing the Translation:

  • You can type or paste the text you want to translate into the target language in the translation box.
  • Use a translation tool like Google Translate (https://translate.google.com), as indicated in the provided link: Using Google Translate
  • Translate the text into the desired language using the translation tool.

Inserting the Translation:

  • After translating the text, simply click on the "Submit" button to finalize and apply the translation. This action will save your translated text and incorporate it into the designated area or document.
  • Ensure that the translated text accurately conveys the meaning of the original text.

By following these steps, you can effectively add a language and translate content in an organized manner.
