Setting Up Live Classes in Faculty LMS

Here’s how to set up live classes effortlessly:

1. Configure Settings:

  • Log in to the admin panel, head to System Settings, and enable the live class feature.

2. Set Up a Zoom Account:

  • Register on Zoom’s official website and retrieve your Account ID, Client ID, and Client Secret.

3. Create a Live Class Course:

  • While adding a course, choose the "Live Class" option.

  • Provide key details such as the meeting title, time, date, type (one-time or recurring), and duration.

4. Student Experience:

  • After purchasing the course, students will find the Zoom meeting link in their panel:

    • For one-time meetings, students can join once.

    • For recurring meetings, they can use the same link daily within the defined period.
