Setup Guidelines

Step-by-Step Setup

1. Log In to Facebook Developer

   • Visit the Facebook Developer Console.

   • Create a new Business App.

     • Fill in the required details, such as App Name, Contact Email, and Business Account.

     • Save and proceed to the app dashboard.

2. Set Required Permissions

   • Navigate to App Review > Permissions and Features.

   • Enable the following permissions:

     • Messenger:

       • pages_messaging

       • business_asset_user_profile_access

     • Instagram:

       • instagram_basic

       • instagram_manage_messages

   • Submit for review if required.

3. Configure Webhooks

   • Go to Products > Webhooks in the Facebook App.

   • Add a Callback URL and a Verify Token:

     • Callback URL: [Your callback URL]

     • Verify Token: [Your secure token]

   • Subscribe to the following events:

     • Messenger: All events related to messaging.

     • Instagram: All events related to messaging.

4. Log in to the Client Panel

   • Access the SaleBot OmniSync client panel.

   • Connect Messenger and Instagram by providing the necessary access credentials.

   • Confirm that integrations are active and working.
