To log in as a user, you need to verify your email first through the admin panel. After verification, the tick mark beside the email will turn green, indicating that you can log in. Please refer to the following screenshots for guidance:
To log in as a seller, both the seller's email and the seller's shop must be verified from the admin panel. Once verified, login will be enabled. For detailed steps, please see the following screenshots:
The reason for this requirement is that the option to disable email verification in the admin panel's settings hasn't been enabled. To disable email verification, please refer to the attached screenshot for instructions:
Once you disable email verification, the admin will no longer need to verify users' or sellers' emails manually, and they will be able to log in to their accounts directly.
